**Bintel Terms & Conditions**

We accept a range of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Personal Cheque (subject to clearance), Bank Cheque, Direct Deposit, Australian Money Order, Afterpay, PayPal, and Zipmoney.

For items in stock, we process and ship orders promptly, often on the same day the order is received. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will make every effort to supply it as soon as it becomes available. However, delays may occur, especially with special orders like large telescopes or customized items. Please note that for special items, cancellation or re-stocking fees may apply at our discretion.

All prices displayed include Australian GST when the website is accessed from Australia. If you are viewing the site from overseas (or using a VPN that masks your IP address), prices will be shown excluding GST. Goods for export are not subject to Australian GST, but the buyer is responsible for any applicable duties and charges upon arrival at the destination.

While we strive to keep prices current, they may change without notice due to variations in wholesale pricing or currency fluctuations. If a price change affects an item you've already ordered, we will contact you to confirm payment of the difference or cancel the order with a full refund if the additional cost is prohibitive.

We make every effort to ensure product information and images are accurate, but design updates or variations may occur that aren't immediately reflected on the website. Minor differences that do not impact functionality may arise, and Bintel cannot be held responsible for supplying products that do not exactly match website descriptions or images, as long as the items function as intended.

By completing and submitting the electronic order form or proceeding through the checkout process, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Acceptance of this offer, and the creation of a binding contract, occurs when we confirm your order. Layby options are also available. Our layby terms require a 20% deposit with the balance to be paid within 65 days, with regular payments required during that time. Please contact our staff in-store to arrange a layby.
