This package includes a compact SD81S refractor telescope, equipped with a high-performance SD lens. It comes with an AP equatorial mount, made up of several AP modules, and a lightweight APP-TL 130 aluminium tripod. The set includes two eyepieces as standard accessories, and the telescope is designed for quick and easy setup. Additionally, you can power it using AA batteries or an external USB mobile battery.

APP-TL130 Tripod

A highly compact and lightweight tripod combining durability and ease of use. The legs of the tripod are 130cm in length if fully extended, but you can shorten the legs to 60cm long when storing the tripod. A retractable protection rubber of the metal frrules allows for using the tripod according to your set up environment. It is usable with GP2 mounts and PORTA II mount also in addition to the AP mount.

SD81S optical tube assembly

Vixen apochromatic refractors feature "Super extra-low Dispersion" SD optical glass in its objective lens. The SD glass produces clear and high contrast viewing, virtually free of false colour. Brighter F7.7 images will satisfy the most demanding visual astronomer or astro-photographer. The SD81S comes with a flip mirror diagonal that allows you to switch the light pass quickly from straight through to angled viewing.
