SXP2 equatorial mount package in combination with AX103S optical tube asembly and SXHAL130 tripod.
This package includes the AX103S optical tube, known for its excellent performance in both astrophotography and visual observation, paired with the robust SXP2 equatorial mount, which provides smooth, precise movement thanks to strategically arranged high-quality bearings.
The AX103S features Vixen’s proprietary 3-element objective lens design, incorporating an SD apochromatic element to minimize optical aberrations to the greatest extent. The result is exceptionally sharp, high-contrast images with minimal distortion.
Also included is the SXG-HAL130 tripod, a sturdy and lightweight option ideal for stargazing trips.

AX103S optical tube assembly

TThe advanced optical design delivers crystal-clear, sharp, and high-contrast images with no trace of false color. Star images remain as small as 20 microns, even at the edge of the imaging field. Each lens surface is treated with premium AS coatings, which boost visible light transmission to 99.5% per surface (within the 400nm–700nm range), ensuring exceptionally high overall light throughput.

SXP2 equatorial mount

By adopting pulse motors, a belt drive system, and a generous number of precision bearings, along with features like P-PEC (Permanent Periodic Error Correction), meridian flip capability, and the ability to disable reverse motion, the equatorial mount’s accuracy and performance have been optimized to the highest level.

STAR BOOK TEN

With observatory-grade precision and a wide range of features, the STAR BOOK TEN controller allows your target object to appear instantly on its high-definition screen and in your telescope’s field of view. This revolutionary Go-To navigation system, featuring an advanced star chart interface, makes the STAR BOOK TEN the perfect companion for any observing session.
