Astrophotography
From first DSLR shots to dedicated cooled cameras, mounts and guiding. We use the gear we sell so we can talk through the full workflow.
Birding and nature
Roof prism, porro prism, ED glass, close focus, eye relief, weight. We'll cut through the spec sheet and find the binocular you'll actually use.
Existing orders
Tracking, delivery questions, change of address or stock updates. Email support@bintel.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it.
Repairs and service
Warranty work, collimation, cleaning, basic adjustments. Tell us the make, model and what's happening and we'll point you at the best next step.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship across Australia from our Glebe warehouse and most orders go out the same or next business day. Tracking is emailed automatically. International shipping is available on request for selected items.
Can I see telescopes and binoculars in store before buying?
Absolutely. We keep a wide range of binoculars and telescopes set up in the showroom so you can compare them in hand. For larger or specialist gear, give us a call first so we can have the right model out and ready.
I'm a beginner. Where do I start?
That's a big part of what we do. Tell us your budget, what you want to observe and where you'll be using it, and we'll point you to a setup that won't end up in the cupboard after a month. No upselling, just gear that fits.
Do you service or repair telescopes?
We handle warranty work for the brands we carry and can advise on collimation, cleaning and basic adjustments in store. For more complex repairs, send us the make, model and a description and we'll talk through the best path forward.
Can I pick up my online order in store?
Yes. Choose pick-up at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Please wait for that email before coming in, especially for larger items that may need to come from our warehouse.
