Celestron 2" SCT Mirror Diagonal
The Celestron 2" SCT Mirror Diagonal is a premium upgrade for Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes, designed to deliver maximum brightness, contrast, and sharpness when using 2" eyepieces.
At its heart is a precision-tested mirror with high-performance coatings, providing excellent reflectivity and preserving fine detail across the field. The mirror housing is fully metal and precision machined to maintain accurate optical alignment, while internal anti-reflection blackening helps suppress stray light for cleaner, higher-contrast views.
The diagonal threads directly onto SCT rear cells using the included retaining ring, creating a rigid, secure connection. A standard 2" chrome drawtube is also supplied, allowing the diagonal to be used with most telescopes featuring 2" focusers. Swapping between SCT threading and the drawtube is quick and straightforward.
An included 2" to 1.25" adapter allows use of 1.25" eyepieces, and the diagonal is supplied in an aluminium carry case for safe storage and transport.
