Simply attach the flexible cover to the front of the optical tube to prevent moisture build-up on the lens. The Pegasus Dual Channel Dew Heater Controller offers an efficient and straightforward solution for preventing dew buildup during long astronomical observation sessions. This compact yet powerful device ensures your stargazing nights remain uninterrupted, even in damp conditions.

Equipped with two independent digital RCA outputs, each channel can be individually controlled using the conveniently located knob on the side of the controller. These outputs are versatile, capable of managing telescope fans or even powering a lightbox, enhancing the controller's functionality.

Additionally, the controller features LED operation indicators on the front faceplate, providing clear, at-a-glance feedback on the power intensity for each dew channel. This makes monitoring and adjusting your dew control settings easy and intuitive.

Kendrick Secondary Heater Wrap-Medium heaters are designed to work with Newtonian/Dobsonian secondary mirrors that are attached to a "stalk", but don't have enough exposed mirror to use our "Split-Ring" or Elliptical style heaters. The heater warms the stalk, and that heat is then conducted to the mirror.

The good news is .... you have the telescope in-hand, so a few quick measurements is all it will take to find the perfect fit. 

All models include easy electrical connectors and a neoprene wrap-around insulator which greatly enhances the performance of these heaters as it prevents the warmth generated by the heater from dissipating into the atmosphere.

The power draw is incredibly low using only 0.2amp or 3 watts at 100% Controller setting

Use this template to test for best fit. Simply print a copy and cut-out the template shapes and test fit. Take note of the portion of the heating element that is non-heated (1 1/8″ or 28mm). Also give consideration that the mirror collimation mechanism needs some room to move.
