Standalone SCT focusing

FocusCube Zero is a standalone focuser. Do not connect it to another motor controller or a Powerbox RJ45 stepper output.

A compact controller built around the SCT focus shaft.

The motor, controller and telescope bracket form one 280 g assembly. Power is 12–13.8 V DC and computer control uses USB 2.0 Type-B.

Confirm the focuser bracket shape first. Pegasus Astro notes that some older series are not compatible.

Do not add another controller

The controller is already built in. Do not connect the RJ45 port to a Dual Motor Focus Controller or Powerbox stepper output.

Check older SCT focusers

Some older SCT series may not accept the bracket. Confirm the focus-knob arrangement before ordering.
