Before first light
Never point StarSense AutoAlign V2 or the telescope towards the Sun. The system cannot perform a daytime alignment.
The bright Moon or haze can stop plate solving near the affected part of the sky. Use a clear field away from the glare.
A USB Type-A to USB-C cable is not supplied. It is required for a direct PC connection, live view, logs, and firmware maintenance.
Do not connect the supplied AUX cable to an ST-4 autoguider port. The specified operating range is -5°C to 40°C.
Manufacturer warranty
Celestron's two-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the original retail purchase. It excludes modification, abuse or misuse, physical damage, unauthorised repair, and normal wear.
