Power 1000 Mini
1kWh. Half the size.
DJI’s most compact 1kWh portable power station for camping, astrophotography, and home backup. Fast-charging, solar-ready, and built to keep telescopes, cameras, and gear running off-grid through the night.
Portable power station for camping, astronomy, and home backup
From a dark-sky observing site to a blackout at home, the Power 1000 Mini keeps everything running quietly and reliably.
LFP Battery
Lithium ferrophosphate cells pass nail-penetration testing and retain over 80% capacity after 4,000 charge cycles. Built to outlast the competition.
Home Backup & UPS Mode
Connect to mains and the Power 1000 Mini acts as a seamless home backup UPS. If the grid drops, it switches to battery in 0.01 seconds. Ideal for caravans, home offices, and observatories where uptime matters.
400W Solar MPPT
A built-in MPPT module accepts up to 400W from compatible solar panels. Recharge anywhere off-grid, no extra adaptors needed.
Compact Camping Power Station
At 314 × 212 × 216 mm and 11.5 kg, the Mini packs a full 1kWh into roughly half the volume of the standard DJI Power 1000. Easy to carry, easy to store.
Fast Recharging
Full charge in 75 minutes
Plug into mains in Fast Recharge Mode and the Power 1000 Mini hits 80% in just 58 minutes. Arrive home, plug in, and it is ready for the next session before you have finished packing the car.
The built-in 400W car charger means you can top up on the drive to a dark sky site. The DJI Power Car Battery Charging Cable is available separately.
A full charge in under 90 minutes means a quick mains top-up at a star party venue is entirely realistic between sessions.
Built-in Retractable Cable
100W USB-C. No extra cords.
The built-in retractable USB-C cable pulls out when you need it and retracts neatly when you do not. 100W output fast-charges laptops, mirrorless cameras, and USB-C astronomy accessories without hunting for a cable in the dark.
Run the retractable cable and the standard USB-C port simultaneously for up to 150W combined output. Two devices charging at speed from a single unit.
Dimmable Built-in LED
Built-in LED for camping and astronomy
Press once to toggle, double-press for SOS, and press-and-hold to set brightness precisely where you need it. Useful for camp tasks after dark without flooding the area with light.
For astronomers, the ability to dim right down means you can locate ports and check settings at the unit without ruining your dark adaptation at the eyepiece.
Versatile Port Expansion
7 ports. Pure sine wave AC.
Pure sine wave AC output on both outlets means sensitive electronics are fully protected. Run a telescope mount and a dew heater controller simultaneously, or power camping appliances up to 800W continuously (1000W peak).
The SDC port delivers up to 300W for high-draw 12V accessories. Solar panels connect via SDC input (up to 400W) or USB-C for fully off-grid recharging.
What’s in the box
Everything you need to get started, right out of the box.
