A 6 nm passband centred on both doubly-ionised oxygen lines at 496 nm and 501 nm, with up to 92% transmission at the peak. Everything else, from city glow and sodium to LED and infrared, is blocked to ~1150 nm.

The curve below shows the actual Astronomik OIII 6 nm passband. Both doubly-ionised oxygen lines at 496 nm and 501 nm sit inside the passband. Everything else, including H-beta at 486 nm, is blocked.
