GoTo positioning has a stated upper accuracy.
Saxon specifies positioning accuracy up to one arcminute, assisted by software compensation for mount mechanical error. Alignment quality remains part of that result.

The 1.8° stepper motors use 64 microsteps, with a stated motor resolution of 0.144 arcsecond. Periodic error correction is also supported.

A mains power supply is not included.
The included car lead suits the mount's 11-15 V DC, 2 A, centre-positive input. For mains operation, use a separately supplied compatible power source.
Plan for separate lifts and two shipping cartons.
The mount head is 10 kg, the tripod is 5.6 kg and the two counterweights are 5.1 kg each. Official shipping data lists 18 kg and 12 kg cartons.
Equatorial setup comes before GoTo accuracy.

Is a telescope included?
No. This package supplies the mount, tripod, control and balancing hardware. An optical tube, camera and autoguider are not listed as included.
Can the polar scope be used in Australia?
Yes. The built-in illuminated polar scope supports both Southern and Northern Hemisphere alignment.
Can I plug it straight into a wall outlet?
Not with the supplied lead alone. The mount needs 11-15 V DC at 2 A with centre-positive polarity. A car lead is included; a mains power supply is separate.
Can a computer control the mount?
Yes. The manufacturer supports compatible planetarium software through the SynScan hand controller's RS-232 connection. The required computer cable is not listed as included.
