saxon Solar Filter (150mm)

saxon Solar Filters provide observers with a safe and easy way to view the Sun.

With a coated thin film that blocks sun rays and UV rays during your observation session, this solar filter minimizes the amount of sunlight entering your telescope, projecting a natural yellow-orange image of the Sun without any distortion.

All you need to do prior to your Sun observation is to attach the solar filter over the front of the telescope as protection for your eyes as well as the telescope's optics.

This solar filter fits 150mm aperture reflector/Newtonian telescopes.

WARNING! Do not attempt to view the sun without a solar filter. Looking at or near the sun can result in irreversible eye damage.
