The Telrad is already the best accessory for a telescope. The Telrad Pulsear Kit
allows you to pulse the reticle on and off, making it easier when trying to locate very faint objects. It requires some installation where you will need to drill a 6mm hole into the side of theTelrad body to install the Pulsars control shaft and knob. This allows you to vary the frequency of the pulsing from slow to constant illumination.
