Magnesium body, open hinge
A magnesium chassis combines strength with reduced weight. The open hinge and rubber armour give you room to hold the binoculars securely.
Sealed body, protected lenses
O-ring sealing and argon purging provide waterproof and fogproof performance. ArmorTek coatings help protect exposed lenses against scratches, oil and dirt.

Adjust the view to your eyes
Twist-up eyecups support viewing with or without glasses. Eye relief is 18 mm; the hinge adjusts from 56 to 76 mm to match eye spacing.
Set the diopter, then use centre focus
The locking diopter on the right eyepiece compensates for differences between your eyes. The centre focus wheel then adjusts both barrels together.
Add support for longer viewing
A tripod adapter lets you use a tripod or car-window mount. The adapter and support are separate accessories. With 18x magnification, a supported setup is a sensible choice for extended viewing.
