The field of sight held by hand is high quality! The model with ED lenses is the flagship of Vixen vibration canceller binoculars.
The highest of the ATERA series of vibration canceller binoculars comes equipped with ED lenses of high performance. It achieves a sharp and detailed viewing field that deserves the top-of-the-line model.
The image stabilization is so powerful that you get a stable sight in the field of view at high 16x magnification while holding it by hand. It is a special experience that you will enjoy viewing objects far away as if they are near to you.

The incorporated vibration-canceller mechanism assures very stable image
Vibration by hands makes it often difficult to see clearly objects particularly at high magnification. ATERA H12x30 incorporates a vibration-canceller mechanism with a 2-axis gimbal control image stabilization mechanism. With a strong correction effect of vibration correction angle ± 3 degrees (up, down, left and right), a stable field of view can be obtained even at a high magnification of 12 times. Since micro vibration is also cancelled, it outperforms in observing details such as the shine of bird's eyes and the pattern of feathers. Also, if you observe a star, you can observe up to the darkest star as much as 1st grade than ordinary, which can not be seen with blurring.
Lightest 422g design allows easy handheld use
At just 422g, these are some of the lightest weight as binoculars equipped with a vibration cancelling mechanism.
Stamina 12 hours duration with AAA batteries
Two AAA batteries are used for power supply. Since it is easy to obtain anywhere, it is safe to observe in the field and live in remote areas.
Thanks to the long-life design of operation time of around 12 hours (using a new alkaline dry battery at 20 ° C), you can focus on observation without worrying about battery consumption. Auto power off function which automatically turns off the power after 5 minutes elapses prevents wasteful battery drain.
Clear visibility by three coatings
By applying fully multi coating with anti-reflection multilayered coat on the entire lens surface, the phase coat on the prism that reduces halation and dramatically increases resolution, and a high reflection coat that increases the brightness of the image, stray light and loss of light intensity are thoroughly eliminated for an extreme clarity in the field of view.
Ergonomically designed for excellent operability
A gentle rounded form fitting to a small hands, a focus ring that can be turned smoothly with light touch by single finger, a universal design that does not choose dominant hands, locating a battery space away from finger-touch area, all designed for holding comfort without stress. Considering loss of parts in a dark place such as a concert venue, we designed battery lid integrated.

A perfect telescope mount for beginners through to experienced observers
The Advanced Polaris equatorial mount is ideally suited for beginners who want to become familiar with equatorial mount or experienced observers who want a simple grab and go mount. The AP mount securely supports your telescope optical tube for comfortable observing. With its friction control system, the mount can be quickly moved to your target object. A wide selection of optional accessories are available for the AP mount to meet your observation needs.
Vixen Telescope AP-SM Equatorial Mount Description
R.A. Motor modules and STAR BOOK ONE combination
The AP-SM equatorial mount is supplied with the R.A. motor module and STAR BOOK ONE set (main motor of the AP equatorial mount for tracking celestial object) which includes STAR BOOK ONE controller. R.A. motor module and STAR BOOK ONE set is an integral part of the AP system. Your own system is created based on the R.A. motor module and STAR BOOK ONE set by adding other modules.
Clever Design
With just a 3.6kg lightweight body (without counterweight), it will be easy to handle the mount and telescope of your choice. The four AA batteries for power supply is integrated inside the body.
The motor module operates with 4 pieces of the AA batteries which are commercially available anywhere easily, not only corresponding to the alkaline battery but also economical rechargeable batteries (Ni-MH, Ni-Cd). For long term use, a commercially available USB external power supply such as USB mobile battery or USB AC adapter can be used connecting to the provided USB Micro-B terminal.
Friction Control System
Simply point the target objects by moving the optical tube by hands. The friction control system allows you to manually point the telescope at the object without using knobs and clamps.
STAR BOOK ONE controller
The included STAR BOOK ONE controller is a lightweight, compact, and simple hand-held controller mainly focusing on the XY drive (R.A and DEC directions) control, while offering various tracking modes like sideral and solar rate, backlash compensation, external autoguider port, built-in illuminator.

Stylish design
The new stylish and modern design breaks away from the traditionally bulky image of astronomical telescopes. Weighing just 3.6 kg (excluding the counterweight), the lightweight body makes it easy to handle even full-scale telescope setups. The power supply runs on four AA batteries, which are integrated inside the mount. Additionally, the use of internal electrical contacts eliminates the need for external wiring, offering a cleaner, more user-friendly setup compared to previous designs.
-
Friction control system
Simply aim at your target object by moving the optical tube by hand. The friction control system allows smooth, manual pointing of the telescope without the need for knobs or clamps.
-
Simple polar alignment
The optional Polar Meter can be attached to the equatorial mount for easy and quick polar alignment. Even beginners can align the polar axis with minimal effort. While a polar axis scope is typically used for more precise alignment, the Polar Meter can be more effective—especially in locations where Polaris is not visible.
-
Polar alignment scope PF-L
The PF-L polar alignment scope features a three-star alignment system and a built-in dark field illuminator, allowing you to perform polar alignment while looking directly through the scope. The illumination automatically turns off to prevent unnecessary power consumption.
To support the PF-L scope, we offer a free app called "PFL Assist" for smartphones and tablets. This app helps users visualize the correct star positions within the constellation, making polar alignment easier and more intuitive.
-
R130Sf Newton reflector
The 130mm aperture newton reflector which is excellent in light gathering power is ideal for observation of faint nebulae and star clusters in a wide and bright field of view.
