Warranty
GPO is committed to delivering quality products that are built to the highest standards. Our warranty ensures that every GPO product is reliable and performs optimally. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship on the mechanics and optics, and 2 years on electronic components of our products purchased from an authorised Australian dealer. Please note that our warranty does not extend to products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, improper handling, physical damage, improper repairs or modifications. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters and normal wear and tear. Further claims for consequential damage that has not occurred to the product itself will not be accepted. This warranty is applicable only to products sold as new.
In the event of a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide the tax invoice and/or delivery receipt, as well as the product warranty card, which shows the serial number of the product and the date of purchase. These documents serve as proof of authenticity for the purchased product and as evidence of entitlement to the warranty. The purchaser can make a warranty claim through one of our authorised dealers or contact us directly for further instructions on how to process the claim. We will determine whether to repair or replace the product or the defective component at our discretion.
This warranty is in addition to any other rights or remedies that the purchaser may have under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or exclude those rights or remedies. The terms and conditions of the warranty are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
