For observation of faint nebulae and star clusters in a wide and bright field of view
The 130mm aperture Newtonian reflector with excellent light gathering power is ideal for observation of faint nebulae and star clusters, particularly for beginners who wish to start astronomical life with a large aperture excellent in light gathering power. It is equipped with a motor for tracking.
AP-SM Equatorial mount
The Advanced Polaris (AP) mount is ideal for beginners learning to use an equatorial mount, as well as experienced observers looking for a simple, grab-and-go setup. It securely supports your telescope's optical tube, providing a stable and comfortable observing experience. Thanks to its friction control system, the mount can be quickly and smoothly moved to your target object. A wide range of optional accessories is available to customize the AP mount to suit your observing needs..
R.A. Motor module and STAR BOOK ONE Set
The AP-SM equatorial mount comes equipped with the RA motor module and the STAR BOOK ONE set, which includes the main motor for celestial tracking and the STAR BOOK ONE controller. This set forms the core of the AP mount system. You can customize and expand your setup by adding additional modules to the RA motor module and STAR BOOK ONE base.
Stylish design
The new stylish and compact design helps break the stereotype of astronomical telescopes being bulky and difficult to use. Weighing just 3.6 kg (excluding the counterweight), the mount is lightweight and easy to handle—even with full-scale astronomical telescopes. The power supply, using four AA batteries, is built into the body, and the use of internal electrical contacts eliminates the need for external wiring that was previously exposed.
Friction control system
Simply point the target objects by moving the optical tube by hands. The friction control system allows you to manually point the telescope at the object without using knobs and clamps.
Simple polar alignment
The optional polar meter can be attached on the equatorial mount for simple polar alignment. Even beginners can quickly align polar axis. For precision alignment, the polar axis scope is usually used, but the polar meter can outperforms especially where Polaris is not visible.
Polar alignment scope PF-L
The PF-L polar alignment scope features a three-star alignment system and a built-in dark field illuminator, allowing you to perform polar alignment while looking directly through the scope. The illumination automatically turns off to conserve power.
To complement the PF-L, we provide a free app called "PFL Assist" for smartphones and tablets. This app supports polar alignment by visually indicating the correct star positions within the displayed constellation.
Power supply system focusing on mobility and comfort
The motor module operates with 4 pieces of the AA batteries which are commercially available anywhere easily, not only corresponding to the alkaline battery but also economical rechargeable batteries (Ni-MH, Ni-Cd). For long term use, a commercially available USB external power supply such as USB mobile battery or USB AC adapter can be used connecting to the provided USB Micro-B terminal.

Exceptionally Sharp Star Images with No Coma or Field Curvature — Ideal for Astrophotography
The Vixen VC200L offers outstanding performance for astrophotography, delivering pinpoint star images free of coma, spherical aberration, and field curvature — even at the edges of the image.
At the heart of this telescope is Vixen's unique catadioptric optical system, known as VISAC (Vixen Sixth-order Aspheric Cassegrain). It features a high-precision sixth-order aspherical primary mirror, a convex secondary mirror, and a triplet corrector lens. This advanced design ensures sharp, high-definition star images across a wide 42mm image circle, making it ideal for both visual observing and deep-sky imaging.
Thanks to the superior optical correction, stars remain less than 15 microns in size from center to edge — producing images that are crisp and clean across the entire field.
For those looking to capture faint deep-sky objects, an optional focal reducer is available, converting the system to a fast f/6.4 focal ratio for even better imaging performance.

The incorporated vibration-canceller mechanism assures very stable image
Vibration by hands makes it often difficult to see clearly objects particularly at high magnification. ATERA H12x30 incorporates a vibration-canceller mechanism with a 2-axis gimbal control image stabilization mechanism. With a strong correction effect of vibration correction angle ± 3 degrees (up, down, left and right), a stable field of view can be obtained even at a high magnification of 12 times. Since micro vibration is also cancelled, it outperforms in observing details such as the shine of bird's eyes and the pattern of feathers. Also, if you observe a star, you can observe up to the darkest star as much as 1st grade than ordinary, which can not be seen with blurring.
Lightest 422g design allows easy handheld use
At just 422g, these are some of the lightest weight as binoculars equipped with a vibration cancelling mechanism.
Stamina 12 hours duration with AAA batteries
Two AAA batteries are used for power supply. Since it is easy to obtain anywhere, it is safe to observe in the field and live in remote areas.
Thanks to the long-life design of operation time of around 12 hours (using a new alkaline dry battery at 20 ° C), you can focus on observation without worrying about battery consumption. Auto power off function which automatically turns off the power after 5 minutes elapses prevents wasteful battery drain.
Clear visibility by three coatings
By applying fully multi coating with anti-reflection multilayered coat on the entire lens surface, the phase coat on the prism that reduces halation and dramatically increases resolution, and a high reflection coat that increases the brightness of the image, stray light and loss of light intensity are thoroughly eliminated for an extreme clarity in the field of view.
Ergonomically designed for excellent operability
A gentle rounded form fitting to a small hands, a focus ring that can be turned smoothly with light touch by single finger, a universal design that does not choose dominant hands, locating a battery space away from finger-touch area, all designed for holding comfort without stress. Considering loss of parts in a dark place such as a concert venue, we designed battery lid integrated.

The Vixen Optics T-Ring Adapter for Sony Alpha Cameras is meant for use with their various methods of mounting SLR cameras to the rear of their telescopes, but obviously they can be used for anyone who has a T-mount system lens and wants to mate it to their SLR camera without any real trouble. Many, if not most, of the inexpensive T-mounts will get stuck to the camera or lose adhesion to the lens;
With the Vixen Optics models, the superior workmanship really limits the incidence of these kind of annoyances. The T-mount lens and T-mount combination will only work on the camera with the camera in the "M" manual exposure mode. Additionally, the most advanced metering modes usually don't work with the T-mount.

The polar alignment scope is a small telescope that is installed parallel to the R.A. axis of an equatorial mount so that it can match the R.A. axis to be parallel in the direction of diurnal motion of stars.
The polar alignment scope utilizes 3 stars of Polaris, Delta UMi and 51 Cep near the north celestial pole.
You simply match the scale position on the reticle with the designated 3 stars seen in the polar alignment scope in order to locate the north celestial pole.
The patterns of the Big Dipper and Cassiopeia are engraved on the polar alignment reticle for use as a guidepost for the north celestial pole. The polar alignment scope can align the polar axis of the equatorial mount as accurately as 3 arc minutes or less.

Pillar leg An enhanced version of the SXG-P85 pillar leg. By changing the design of the support leg part, it is easier to assemble and the strength is improved. Since it has one leg, there are fewer blind spots when pointing the lens barrel mounted on an equatorial mount in any direction compared to a tripod. Since the installation radius can be smaller than that of a tripod of the same size, it can be installed even in a relatively narrow space.
