This is a very good medium to low power eyepiece for viewing smaller emission and reflection nebulae, open clusters and for resolving stars in many globular clusters.
It can be used for low power lunar observing or even the planets. The rubber grip give sure grip and makes it comfortable to use in cold weather.
The 17mm eye relief makes it very comfortable to use and is a great eyepiece to barlow.
The 25mm TeleVue Plössl was top-rated in a recent test report of 31 eyepieces in Sky & Telescope magazine as being the best in its focal length.
Like all TeleVue Plossls it has filter threads to fit your filters and blackened lens edges as well as being parfocal.

TheTele Vue Plossl 32mm has been around for decades and is still one of the best eyepieces on the market.
With 22mm of eye relief it suits every observer, even with eye glasses the full field of view the Tele Vue Plossl 32mm offers is superb.
Great eyepiece for larger clusters and nebulae.
Crisp and sharp from edge to edge with the same true field of view as the 40mm Plossl but with higher magnification.
Edge blackend lenses and thread barrel to take standard 1.25" filters.
Everyone should own a Tele Vue Plossl 32mm at some stage in their astronomy life.
Televue's 32mm Plossl is a favourite for those wanting to upgrade to a quality low power eyepiece. Certainly one of the best simple eyepieces ever made.

Review
This is a very good low power/wide field eyepiece for ideal or large open clusters, emission and reflection nebulae, or large extended objects that require a big field of view, perfect for scanning the Milky Way star clouds in Scorpius- Sagittarius from a dark sky site
The rubber grip gives sure grip and makes it comfortable to use in cold weather. As with all TeleVue eyepieces all edges are edge blackened.
This one of the Classic eyepieces to own offering improved edge-to-edge sharpness, and a wider and brighter field of view to the standard 25mm eyepiece that comes with most telescopes.. The 22mm of eye relief offers unvignetted viewing for eyeglass wearers.
It is parfocal with the shorter focal length Plossls.
The 32mm Plossl, with its larger 50 degree apparent field, will deliver the same true field as the 40mm but with higher magnification. Filter threads to fit your filters.

The faster the focal ratio of your telescope, the greater your visual reward for using Tele Vue eyepieces. Tele Vue Plössls feature full multicoatings for greatest light transmission and contrast.
Blackened lens edges and internal anti-reflection threads tweak the last bit of contrast for maximum image detail. The sharper field focuses faint star light into perceptible points and allows those with undriven mounts to gaze longer before repositioning the image.
The 25mm, 20mm, 15mm, 11mm and 8mm Plössls round out the focal lengths for various observing from deep sky to planetary. They work best with Tele Vue Barlows or Powermates to effectively double the number of focal lengths in your collection.
Far superior to eyepieces usually provided as standard with most instruments.
Review
This is a very good medium power eyepiece for lunar observing, resolving globular clusters, picking up detail in the more compact emission and reflection nebulas, etc.
This 15mm focal length is a very good in between power eyepiece, filling the gap between the 25mm eyepiece that comes standard with most scopes and a high power eyepiece.
It has 10mm eye relief . Like all TeleVue Plossls it has filter threads to fit your filters and blackened lens edges as well as being parfocal.

This is a very good medium high to high power eyepiece for resolving globular clusters, lunar and planetary detail, some smaller galaxies (depending on aperture).
It has 8mm of eye relief and so eyeglass wearers may wish to remove their spectacles.
This 11mm TeleVue Plössl was rated the best 10 -12mm Plossl in a recent test report of 31 eyepieces in Sky & Telescope magazine.
Like all TeleVue Plossls it has filter threads to fit your filters and blackened lens edges as well as being parfocal.

This is a very good medium high to high power eyepiece for observing lunar and planetary detail, resolving globular clusters, small planetary nebulae .
It has only 6mm of eye relief that will limit the field for eyeglass wearers.
This 8mm TeleVue Plössl was rated the best 8mm Plossl in a recent test report of 31 eyepieces in Sky & Telescope magazine.
Like all TeleVue Plossls it has filter threads to fit your filters and blackened lens edges as well as being parfocal.

Review
This is a very good low power/wide field eyepiece. With 43 degree apparent field it provides the widest field possible from a 1.25” eyepiece. It's ideal for large open clusters, emission and reflection nebulae, large and faint nebula remnants such as the Vela Supernova Remnant and galaxy clusters.
The rubber grip gives sure grip and makes it comfortable to use in cold weather.. Better suited to the longer focal ratios of refractors, Schmidt-Cassegrains, and Maksutov-Cassegrains than it is to reflectors with focal ratios shorter than f/6.
In scopes that are longer than f/6, it will give you the widest and brightest field possible from a 1.25” focuser telescope.
The 28mm of eye relief makes it a good choice for eyeglasses wearers. It' s parfocal with the shorter focal length Plossls. Filter threads to fit your filters and blackened lens edges.

The 55mm focal length has the largest true field possible for 2" eyepiece holders -3 times the true field area of any 1¼" eyepiece. The focal plane is placed at the end of the barrel to minimize vignetting. Performance with Schmidt-Cassegrains is remarkable since it avoids the image degradation and severe vignetting which occurs when using telecompressors. Long eye-relief and unique adjustable eyeguard for eyeglass wearers.
Review
A must for deep sky fans. This good low power/wide field eyepiece has the largest true field and largest exit pupil possible for 2" eyepiece holders-3 times the field area of any 1 l/4" eyepiece.
Performance with Schmidt Cassegrains is remarkable since it avoids the image degradations and severe vignetting which occurs when using tele compressors.
The long eye relief and unique adjustable eye guard allows eyeglass wearers to see the full field of view even with their glasses on.
The rubber grip gives sure grip and makes it comfortable to use in cold weather.
